ONECARD PHOTO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The OneCard Office accepts both hardcopy and digital ID photograph submissions (digital is preferred). Both forms of submission must meet composition requirements detailed here.

Photos must be in a passport style pose against a blank white background.

Submission Deadlines

Photographs must be received before the following deadlines:

• For students, June 15th for Fall admission, December 1st for Spring admission. These deadlines apply to both digital and hardcopy images. Fall admission students should not upload mages before May 1st.
  
  
• For School for Social Work students, Deadline Extended: May 20th.
